Shipping policy

If orders are requested to be sent to an address different to that of the billing address, we may ask for additional identification and/or address verification, and if not supplied to our absolute satisfaction, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfil the order and to refund.

To ensure that your purchase makes it to you safely and securely, most items are shipped by Special Delivery by 1pm. Items are ordinarily shipped within 1 - 3 working days (Monday - Friday) and you will be notified once your item has been dispatched. 

We offer FREE UK Shipping for all orders where an item is eligible for delivery.  Please note that we are UNABLE to ship to overseas destinations and orders must be delivered to customers with a UK address only.

We are integrated with the app 'Shop', and so you might find it useful to download this for regular updates on your delivery.
